Protect individual accounts
- Use a unique password and a trusted password manager.
- Sign out of shared devices when you finish.
- Treat invitation and password-reset links as private.
Review workspace access
Review the Team page regularly and remove people who no longer need access. Keep trusted domains limited to websites you control and avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information in notes or messages.
If something looks wrong
Change the affected password, remove unknown access, and contact Lavenity support with the workspace name, approximate time, and what you observed. Never send passwords or full authentication tokens.
