- Launcher position on the right or left side.
- A support avatar that customers can recognize.
Write a useful greeting
Keep the title short and use the description to set an expectation. A specific promise such as “We usually reply within a few minutes” is more useful than a generic welcome.
Preview and publish
The preview updates while you edit. Save when the message, color, language, position, and avatar work together. Existing installations receive the new configuration automatically.
