Enable them for this browser

- Send a test message from your website and confirm the alert arrives.
Note: The permission belongs to one browser on one device, so repeat this on every computer you work from. Selecting a notification opens the conversation it refers to.
What you are notified about
Notifications follow ownership. While a conversation has no owner, everyone with notifications enabled hears about it, because it is the team’s to pick up. Once it is assigned, only its owner is alerted, so a thread somebody is already handling does not interrupt the rest of the team.
If nothing arrives
- The browser says notifications are blocked — allow them for the Lavenity site in the browser’s own site settings.
- The browser does not support Web Push — use a current desktop browser, and keep email reminders as a fallback.
- Push has not been configured for this installation — a workspace owner or your administrator can confirm it.
