Before you start
A Lavenity workspace is the shared home for your conversations, contacts, teammates, and messenger settings. The person who creates it becomes the initial workspace owner.
Complete the four setup steps
- Name your workspace so teammates can recognize it.
- Add the website domains where the messenger is allowed to run.
- Choose a greeting, language, accent color, and launcher position.
- Invite at least one teammate or continue alone for now.
Note: Your progress is saved after every step. You can leave onboarding and return without starting again.
Your next step
Install the messenger on a test page, send a message as a visitor, and confirm that it appears in the Inbox in real time.
The rest of the workspace can wait until real conversations arrive: connected channels, outbound messages, automations, the product catalog, and reports all build on the same queue you are about to open.
