Your trial
Every new workspace starts with a trial of the complete feature set, including the Ven AI Agent and Ven assist in the Inbox, and no card is required to begin. A banner in the dashboard shows how much of the trial is left and what your workspace falls back to when it ends.
What the plans change
- Essential covers one website and a small team, with AI limited to rewriting replies you write yourself.
- Advanced adds the Ven AI Agent answering customers, Ven assist in the Inbox, the knowledge base, every channel, and full conversation history.
- Expert is for security and SLA requirements: unlimited teammates and websites, SSO with an access audit, and a dedicated account manager.
Manage the subscription
Open Settings → Subscription to see the current plan, its status, and a comparison of everything each plan unlocks. Billing can run monthly or annually, and the annual period is cheaper per month.
