What Ven does
Ven is the AI built into your workspace. It can answer customers from the knowledge you approve, help teammates find an answer inside a conversation, and rewrite a draft before it is sent. Ven never invents a policy, a price, or a promise: every answer is grounded in your knowledge base or the conversation itself.
Where you meet Ven
- On the frontline: Ven can answer a customer directly and hand off to a teammate when it is unsure.
- In the Assist panel: ask Ven a question about the open conversation and get a grounded draft.
- In the composer: rewrite, translate, or fix your own draft in one click.
A human always reviews it
Every draft is meant to be read before it reaches a customer. Even Ven’s direct replies always leave a way for the customer to ask for a person, and a teammate can take over any conversation at any moment.
