Draft, live, and paused
A draft has never been shown to anyone. Live means the message is being delivered to people who match its rules. Paused stops delivery while keeping the copy, audience, and schedule exactly as they were, which makes it the right choice for an announcement you will reuse for the next release.
Work on several messages at once

Select the rows you want to change with the checkboxes in the list.

Publish, pause, or delete the whole selection from the toolbar that appears.

How far a message has reached
Each person receives a given message once. Delivery is reserved for that person before the message is shown, so a page reload, a second tab, or a visit next week will not repeat it. The count in the list is therefore the number of distinct people reached, not a number of impressions.
Replies to a chat message continue in the Inbox as an ordinary conversation, and survey answers are stored against the person who gave them, so a low score can be read next to that customer’s history instead of as an anonymous statistic.
