Follow a conversation through the flow
The “How you’re handling conversations” chart splits every new conversation into three starting groups — Ven involved, teammate only, or no reply — and then shows the outcome inside each group, from resolved by Ven to still awaiting a first reply.
Check Ven’s own numbers
- Replies: how many automatic replies Ven sent in the range.
- Handoffs: how often Ven passed a conversation to a teammate instead of guessing.
- Avg. latency: how quickly Ven typically answers.
- Tokens used: the model usage behind those replies, for cost awareness.
Watch the trend, not just one day
Switch “Overall volume growth” between columns and lines: columns make each day’s total and its Ven/teammate/no-reply split easy to compare, while lines make it easier to follow one series, such as Ven-handled volume, across the whole range.
