Open the AI menu in the composer
Write a draft, then select AI above the composer. With no text highlighted, the actions rewrite the whole draft; highlight part of it first to rewrite only that portion.
Choose what to fix
- Expand: add the detail a customer needs, without inventing new facts.
- Rephrase: the same message in different words.
- More friendly / More formal: change the register, keep every point.
- Fix grammar & spelling: corrects mistakes without changing your wording.
- Shorten: keeps every fact and commitment, drops the filler.
- Translate: rewrites the draft in English, Ukrainian, Norwegian Bokmål or Nynorsk.
Review, then send or undo
The rewrite replaces the text in your composer, ready for a final read before you send it. If it is not what you wanted, select Undo to bring back exactly what you had written.
Note: Names, order numbers, prices, dates, links, and any {{placeholders}} in your draft are always preserved exactly as written.
